Zone Zero Encino / Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 21, 2026. This policy covers zonezeroencino.com, part of the Zone Zero California network.

What we collect

When you submit the assessment form, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number, property address, the type of work you are interested in, and any notes you add. We also use Google reCAPTCHA to filter automated spam, and standard analytics tools that collect anonymized usage data such as pages visited and general location.

How we use it

Form submissions are used for one purpose: to review your property's fire hazard zone status and connect you with a CSLB-licensed contractor who can perform a free Zone Zero compliance assessment. Your submission may be shared with the licensed contractor who handles your inquiry. As disclosed on the form page, the network's operator also owns a fence contracting company, and fence-related inquiries may be referred to it. You are never obligated to hire anyone.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not add you to third-party marketing lists. We contact you about your assessment request and related Zone Zero compliance matters, and nothing else.

Advertising and measurement

We may use advertising measurement tools (such as the Meta Pixel and server-side conversion reporting) to understand which pages lead to assessment requests. These tools receive event data, not the contents of your form submission beyond what is required for deduplication.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA. To exercise any of these, call (213) 279-1931 or reach out through the form with your request noted.

Third-party services

This site uses Google Fonts, Google reCAPTCHA (subject to Google's privacy policy and terms), and form processing infrastructure that transmits your submission securely to our intake system. Links to official government resources (LAFD, CAL FIRE, the Board of Forestry) leave this site and are governed by those sites' own policies.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
